Canadians to watch on Wednesday at the Rio Paralympics

Here are some of the top Canadians to watch on Wednesday:

Wheelchair rugby begins

Canada begins its push for the podium Wednesday evening as the team takes on Brazil at 6:15 p.m. ET.

Cassidy and Dupont go head-to-head

Canadians Josh Cassidy and Alex Dupont will vie for spots in the 800-metre T54 final when they race in the preliminary heats on Wednesday. Cassidy races at 6:07 p.m. ET while Dupont goes at 6:15 p.m. ET.

Medal opportunities in cycling

Four Canadians will race in time trials on Wednesday. Tristen Chernove gets things started at 7:00 a.m. ET, followed by Nicole Clermont at 7:20 a.m. ET, Marie-Claude Molnar at 7:34 a.m. ET and Ross Wilson at 7:47 a.m. ET.
